What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing modality. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words - Rei, meaning Source (higher consciousness, God, Spirit...whichever name you prefer) and Ki, meaning life-force energy. Essentially, Reiki is life-force energy guided by a Higher Power. This energy raises our body's vibration, allowing us to release what is not beneficial to our well-being.

Our bodies are made of energy that can actually be measured by scientists. The frequency of a healthy human body ranges from 62 to 72 MHz. At 57-60 MHz, the body is more susceptible to colds and the flu. Below 58 MHz makes the body receptive to disease. We are specifically receptive to various cancers at 42 MHz and below. Reiki raises the vibration in our bodies. It is a wonderful complement to any Western medicine regime, as well as any homeopathic/all-natural lifestyle.

30-Minute Mobile Reiki Session
While my future studio is under construction, I will be offering mobile sessions. Let me come to you! My portable massage table is topped with an extra layer of luxury and the relaxing scent of Lavender essential oil. If you'd prefer to come to my home, we can set up in my expansive private backyard under the trees, with the sounds of nature surrounding us.

Work is underway on my home studio in the Spanaway/Graham area where I will not only be performing Reiki treatments, but also creating a Gathering Place for like-minded, creative, and artistic women.
